I know this comes a few years to late but I only recently learned of Norm's passing. I worked at Strassburgers for 10 years and Norm was one of my clients. I looked forward to his visits, it didn't matter if I was swamped with work, when he came in, I pushed it aside for a bit to catch up with him before taking his order. Such a lovely man, he made me laugh every time even instead of feeling sorry for him because of the cancer diagnosis, he had me laughing, telling me stories about the treatment and the impact it had on him. Only Norm could make light of it and leave you laughing. I'm sure he has left a huge void in your lives, I'm sure he's at peace and watching over each and everyone of you. May he Rest In Peace and may his memory bring a smile to your face.
