I have so many fond memories of Uncle Wayne. He was a very quiet, kind man. However, at family functions, he always made a point to say hello to me and give me a hug. He also would find something of interest to talk to me about. I always appreciated this effort. I also remember camping at Carson's Camp with Uncle Wayne, Aunt Connie and the kids. I looked so forward to those camping trips. It was always so much fun! I will truly miss Uncle Wayne for his calm, comforting way and kindness that he showed to others. He was okay to let others shine but shone in his own way. Karen, Christine, and Mark, I love you all very much and look forward to celebrating your Dad's life when we are able. He was a great man that will be missed by all. Lots of hugs.

This is Peg, Helen Weber’s sister. I really liked Wayne. Getting to know him over the past eight or so years at family events, chatting one-on-one, I found Wayne easy to talk to and interesting to hear. He even “got” my jokes—eventually! He will be missed. He was a gentle man. My sincere condolences to Wayne’s family, friends, and especially to Helen. With love, Peggy

Karen, Christine, Mark, Helen and families. It was a shock to read of Wayne's sudden passing. I knew of Wayne when He lived on Filbert St through my connection with his wife Connie. It wasn't until Wayne and I both started singing with Inshallah that I got to know the gentle, caring man that he was. I was on many trips with the choir with Wayne and Helen so there were more opportunites to chat. My prayers go out to all of you as you move forward without Wayne. May God continue to guide you along your journeys and wrap his arms around you to give you the peace you need at this time. Wayne is watching over us all now and will continue to live on through his family.

I remember Wayne from Inshallah as a quiet gentle man. While I did not know him well I do remember he always had a smile, and a profound willingness to sing. My prays of comfort go out to all of the people Wayne held dear.
