There is something about high school that binds you with certain people for life. Even long after you see them on a daily basis in classrooms, hallways and at parties on weekends. Jeff was a good person, uplifting and unique. He may no longer be here, but he still lives in the memories of those that knew him. I know retelling and hearing some of the stories from years ago have brought a smile to my face in the past week. Any time you can make people smile is a good thing. It may be a small thing, but it is something that matters. Rest in peace Jeff, and thank you for being a friend. - Kasei Hinsperger

I had the privilege to have met Jeff a little over a year ago. I couldn't agree more with the "Gentle Warrior" name. He had a quiet determination and kind heart. His world of experiences left him very wise and patient. Our brief overlap on this planet has improved my world and I will not forget that. He is another Gentle Warrior whose time on this planet ended far too soon. I wish to offer my condolences to his family, close friends and in particular Jay Carnahan, his life long friend and business partner. - Daryl Hodges.
