June 8, 2019 at Rockway. We enjoyed listening to the music that day. Marlene was an amazing woman. She was so active. We enjoyed dinners with Gerry and her at Lamays and lots of fun at Aquafit. She will be missed so much. Condolences to her family.

Dear Gerry and all of Marlene's family.
It is with deep sadness that Richard and I respond, to Wendy's phone message.
Marlene was a beloved and precious friend. Her singing was so special and her nature was always so sweet!. We will miss her email messages and just keeping in touch regularly.
We will pass on the news to Richard's brother Harold.
Harold is in hospital, awaiting long term placement.
Regretfully, we cannot attend Marlene's service.
Richard and I will plan a visit with Gerry next week, at his earliest convenience, please.
We extend our heartfelt sympathy to Gerry, and all of Marlene's dear family.

Our thoughts and prayers, Gerry, to you and all your family on the loss of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and to all of us a very special friend.
Marlene's caring,loving and friendly personality made her truly one of a kind. A very special person. She was a friend to everyone and all that knew Marlene are truly appreciative and fortunate to have shared apart of her life on earth.
As we are presently out of town we regret not being able to attend at the Funeral Home but our prayers will be with you during this time of mourning.

Marlene was a true light in this world - kind; warm; giving; and always thinking of others. These virtues were all part of her love of God, and she lived out an example of God's love not only to her family but to all of us who were blessed to have come in contact with her. What a legacy! Well done good and faithful servant. Rest peacefully now in the company of your loving father and family and friends who have passed before you.

Wendy and Murray, our hearts go out to you. I'm so sorry for the loss of you wonderful Mother. She was always so kind and warm. I was so pleased to see her one year ago at the funeral home for my father and we had a very nice talk, which was so like her. Please give our respects to your Dad and Lynne. Again, our deepest condolences. May you find peace in the warm memories you share.
