Sally, Mikela. I am not sure if you will ever see this so far past Mike's passing. My sister only stubbled across this today.
I am sorry to learn of this loss. It was a lifetime ago now but Mike was always good to me all those years ago.
If my some slim chance yo see this, know my thoughts were with you today.

It is disheartening to learn of Mike's passing. He was such a competitor and a gentleman who always put his team above all when he played. I don't know whether anyone is aware of this but Mike and I played against one another when he played in St. Thomas and I in Sarnia. Although he hit me over the head with his stick causing a night in the hospital and a concussion, we got over it years later when we played together while in Fort Wayne!! Sally, you and Mike were a great couple and always very kind to me. My thoughts are with you in this time of grief.

Sally, Mikela and family. Our heartfelt condolences go out to you all. If older guys can have heroes, Mike was certainly a hero to many. He was a leader in all aspects. He defined courage in his long battle with health issues. We never heard many discouraging words. He lived life as he played the game of hockey...dedicated, honestly, hard working and a champion. It was an honour to play hockey with him, he had so much ability, character and skill....a great team player. He will be missed by his Monday Night hockey crew as we had hoped that he would eventually lace up the skates once again. After more than 30 years of friendship, hockey and business Mike set himself apart as a person we admired and respected. Sally, we wish to give you the admiration as well ...it has been a long, courageous journey for you. Love, Gerry and Grace Pullin.
