I was blessed to have worked closely with Val for many years at KidsAbility. My memories of Val include seeing her sparkling smile every day, enjoying her sense of humour (often at my own expense), her total dedication to the mission and purpose of KidsAbility, and the personal support she provided to her colleagues and friends alike. Val was an important part of the organization and to its culture of caring and support. In addition to her professional qualities, Val was a devoted Mom who talked about her sons often and always with great pride and abundant love. Darren and Chris, may you keep the many warm memories of your Mom in your hearts, and cherish them forever.
