Obituary of Barbara Mary Young

June 20, 1919 - September 14, 2020

 

Barbara was born in the midst of a worldwide pandemic and she left us in a worldwide pandemic.

 

She was predeceased by her loving husband James Edward Young. She is survived by her son Dave and his wife Jane; three grandchildren Geoffrey Young, Jennifer Hanley and her husband Steve and Jodi McIntosh and her husband Rob. There are also six great-grandchildren Eric Hanley, Claire Hanley, Abby Hanley, Emma McIntosh, Ben McIntosh and Finley (Nicole) Young.

 

Barb loved gardening, golf, and curling. She lived a full and rewarding 101 years.

 

She will be greatly missed.
