My earliest memories of Uncle George are playing and spending time together on my parents (Alfred & Erna Eitzen) farm in North Dakota. When he moved to Ontario our times together were infrequent, but each visit in Ontario or his visits back to our farm are pleasant memories. I am thankful for the ways in which he loved and cared about his sister, Erna, my mother. The spirit of resilience, encouragement, joy, and loyalty, based in his Christian commitment will continue to live on in my life and I am sure the lives of many others. May the peace and comfort of God, that exceeds all comprehension, be with his family! Twyla (Eitzen) Lee
