My big sister, Lily, was vivacious, intelligent, adventurous and had a strong sense of right and wrong.
At 18, she attended our Dad when he died and supported our Mum at that sad time.
I found her visits to England uplifting, enjoyable and comforting.
She played junior tennis against the best of her contemporaries in local tournaments and even in later years she worked on developing topspin to add to her wicked side spin shots.
Thanks for all the good memories Lyn.
I love and miss you heaps.

We were neighbours with Eric and Lyn for years on Village Road and were saddened to hear of Lyn's passing. Eric and Lyn were excellent neighbours because they are excellent souls--good natured, friendly, intelligent, kind. We are grateful to have the benefit of their friendship and the blessings of some time with them. Our condolences to Lyn's family and friends. And our gratitude at having known her.

I fondly remember her warm welcomes, her gentle curiosity, the chats over a pot of tea, and her devotion to family.
