It was always a delight to visit with Murray. His stories of those he had skated with in years past were always interesting.
His wide knowledge of current events could lead to lengthy conversations.
We differed somewhat on our philosophical outlook, but he always respected another's opinion.
As his family physician, during his final illness, I would like to thank those close members of his family who spent many hours, days, weeks and months caring for him.
Murrayremained steadfast in his courage throughout his final illness and persisted through those difficult times so as to achieve goals that were paramount to him.
I will miss him.
