When Don was a Regional Director of Agencies at Mutual Life, I had several occasions to visit branch offices with him or to participate together in meetings of the Individual Division management. Don was always positive and encouraging to everyone, even when tough messages and decisions had to be delivered. He was a pleasure to work with, giving others energy.
Friends and colleagues were so pleased that he and Mary shared many good years together after Marilyn died so prematurely.
Don was a true gentleman and will be fondly remembered.
