It was winter or spring of 1952 I think around 6pm and I was waiting for a lift home inside the front door of the store. In walked Barry just off the train from Glace Bay. With smiling shiny face he walked over to me and introduced himself. I only have the fondest memories of Barry at Rusholme Rd. with Sunday barbeques and lots of baseball and politics.

My deepest condolences on Barry’s passing. Barry was my Financial Planner, and I always looked forward to his visits at Factory Shoe. Always dressed impeccably and wearing a big smile, we would talk about business and Family and always have a laugh or two. He will be missed

Barry was one of my bosses at Budd's back in th e 60s. He was a genuine nice guy and he was always a joy to interact with. He is one of my memorable people that crop into my mind periodically.
