Arthur was an incredible man! I once borrowed his vehicle to move (yes all my possessions fit into his car). Another time we were finishing the basement in our first town home and the contractor accidentally put a nail through the main pipe that fed all the homes. My wife kept her head in the crisis and called upon Authur to help. He somehow sealed the punctured piped without getting himself soaked like the contractor. I found all three of them gleefully having lunch when I arrived home. Grateful for the times our lives crossed paths with Arthur! Garry & Sandra Francis
