It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Rouse. Cherished mother of Jeff (Elaine) and Greg (Carolyn), devoted grandmother to Shelagh and Brock. Also survived by brothers George (Margaret), James, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by beloved husband Edgar (Ted), brothers Nathaniel (Nancy, Mary) and David (Margaret), and in-laws Lyle Plumb, Frank and Betty Rouse. 

Margaret spent many years as a bookkeeper, as well as a town councilor and a C.G.I.T. leader. In retirement she loved gardening and was a long term member of the Ripley Horticulture Society. She was an avid bridge player, also enjoying going to plays and spending time with her friends. She loved doting on her two grandchildren, who are going to hugely miss her.

Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 2 p.m.  Relatives and friends may join the family in the livestream of the service at www.erbgood.com.
