Obituary of Joseph Aime Rufin Mallet

Joseph Rufin Mallet, 73, died with his family by his side at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on February 6, 2021. He was born on April 28, 1947 in St-Simon New Brunswick to George and Albertine Mallet.

Beloved husband of Ida Margaret Mallet of 46 years. Loved father of Emmanuelle Mallet-Plante and Jean-Francois Mallet. Loving Grandfather of Austin Edgar Mallet, Chloe London Mallet, Liam Charles Plante. Beloved Son of Albertine Mallet (the late George Mallet). Dear brother of Elphege Mallet (Mildred Stoodley), Claire Mallet (Guy Chamberland), Rodrigue Mallet (Therese Lebreton), Bertrand Mallet (Odette Basque), Gilles Mallet, Gaston Mallet, Marlene Mallet (Sylvio Richardson). Also remembered by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.

 

Rufin loved being outside and enjoyed taking long walks throughout his life. Rufin loved, more than anything, to spend time with his family just being together. He especially loved his Grandchildren, his “Prince” “Princess” and “Little Prince”.  He will be deeply missed by his family. We Love you Daddy xoxox
