Dear Fae and family. We lived beside you for 16 years on Borden, and couldn’t have asked for nicer neighbours. Fae would invite me in and “build” me a tea, as she laughingly referred to it. I would be doing dishes in the kitchen and hear the grinder going in the driveway and knew Jim had found another tool at the auction that needed to be cleaned up and added to the collection. Rick bought a new snow blower during one of the biggest winters ever, then didn’t know how to get it home. Jim kindly offered to use his pick-up to go with him and get it. He even showed us how to operate it! When we had a hole in our kitchen ceiling from a leak above, he helped us by puttying and sanding the drywall. What a guy! So many stories. We will always remember him and cherish those years we shared on a beautiful and charming street. Our hearts go out to you for your loss. Rita and Rick (Valin)
