Obituary of Julia Mary Gay

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Julia Mary Gay (O’Sullivan) on April 7, 2021 at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener at the age of 86.

She is predeceased by her husband, Robert Bryden Gay. Julia will be lovingly remembered as a caring and compassionate Mom by her children Linda Vandenakker (John), David Gay and Thomas Gay. She is survived by her sisters Katherine Bungay and Mary O’Sullivan and predeceased by her siblings Joan Shortt, Margaret Ostrowski and Dennis O’Sullivan.

Julia was born in County Cork, Ireland and immigrated to Canada (Toronto) where she met the love of her life.

Private cremation has taken place under the direction of the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo.
