Obituary of Eileen Fischer

(nee Scanlan)

Eileen passed away at Sunnyside Home in Kitchener on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the age of 96.

She was predeceased by her husband James (Jim) Fischer in 2007, parents James Scanlan and MaryAnn Schefter, brothers James Edward, Bertram, Wilfrid, Joseph, and sister Rosemary Pitcher.

Eileen is survived by her son Chris Fischer, extended family members, nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. A mass in memory of Eileen will be held at St. Louis RC Church, 53 Allen St. E., Waterloo on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Mount Hope Cemetery, Kitchener. A recording of the Mass will be available at www.erbgood.com later on Friday.
