Born in Waterloo on December 20, 1927, Don passed away peacefully at Parkwood Mennonite Home in Waterloo on Friday, July 9, 2021, at the age of 93.

Don is survived by his wife of 70 years, Geraldine Kesselring (nee Fehrenbach), son David Kesselring (Jackie), daughter Linda Kesselring Shrier, granddaughters Brenda, Bonnie, Barbara, sister Ruth Pinzhoffer, and several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Elva (nee Stauffer) Kesselring.

Don retired from Lear Siegler after more than 30 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time at the cottage in Port Elgin.

A private funeral service will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 11 a.m. For those unable to attend, a livestream and recording of the service will be available on Don’s obituary page of the funeral home’s website at www.erbgood.com Following cremation, a private family interment will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo.
