Robert David Gross, age 81, passed away peacefully in his home in Waterloo, Ontario in the late evening on Monday, November 29th, 2021. Bob was the beloved husband of Frances Anne Gross (nee Bald) and predeceased by his wife of 36 years, Marilyn “Marnie” Gross (nee Daly). He will be held lovingly in the hearts of his daughter Maureen (Kevin) Koprowski, and stepchildren David (Kristie) Panunto, Jennifer Panunto, Colleen (Scott) Whent, Kathleen (Ted) Psutka. His legacy will live on in his many grandchildren Daly, Jack, William, Eleanor, Mya, James, Melissa, Zachary, and Marnie. Also survived by his sister Florence Doherty. Remembered in spirit by his late son David and sisters Irene, Vera and Shirley.
Born and raised in Kitchener, Bob was a proud owner and president of PACA sales until his retirement in 2000. He enjoyed cottage life with fond memories of fishing at Penn Lake in Muskoka. Bob will always be remembered for his vibrancy, generosity, and spirit. “To make a long story short” his stories were one to be remembered. He was one of a kind and will never be forgotten. His legacy is to showcase the value of seizing opportunities and living life to the fullest.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, to attend the Visitation, Funeral Mass and Reception for Bob, personal face coverings are required and relatives and friends must register (RSVP) at www.erbgood.com or by calling the funeral home. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 2-4 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, 173 Lourdes Street, Waterloo on Friday, December 3 at 11:30 am. A reception will be held at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home’s Fireside Reception Room. Interment will take place at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
