Karen Elaine Cecile, age 56, of Waterloo, Ontario passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Beloved wife of Matt Cecile for 35 years, cherished mother of Daniel, Alice, and Benjamin, and loving Nana of Eleanor. Treasured sister of Diane, Susan, Steven, Catherine, and dear stepsister of Michelle, Marie, Kathleen, Valerie, Glen.

After retiring as a Software QA Manager, Karen had more time to pursue her passion for helping others through volunteering, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. Karen will be dearly missed by the many whose lives she touched.

Karen’s family will receive friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, December 9, 2021, from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. As per family’s request, proof of double vaccination is required to attend.
