Obituary of Eleanor Wilson

It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mom on Wednesday January 5th 2022. Eleanor passed away peacefully in her 95th year. 

 

Devoted wife to Stewart Wilson (predeceased 2016), Loving and caring Mom to: Sherry (John), Owen (Adrienne), Kelly (Roy), Sean (Pat) and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. 

 

A sweet, kind, loving soul originally from Owen Sound, Eleanor will be remembered for always having a kind word for everyone and a smile on her face. 

 

An excellent cook, Mom could always put together an incredible meal and with luck we would get treated to the best carrot cake with cream cheese icing in the world among many other delicious treats that would magically appear on every visit. 

 

As per Mom's wishes, cremation will take place and a memorial will be held at a later date. 

 

Special thanks to the staff at Chartwell Westmount for their passionate care of Mom during her residency there.
