Gloria passed away at St. Mary’s General Hospital in Kitchener on Friday, December 31, 2021 at the age of 75.

Gloria is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Percy Wagg; three sons, Dwain Wagg, Dwight Wagg and wife Vicky, and Sheldon Wagg and wife Christine; four grandchildren, Dustin, Abigail, Micah, and Eden; two brothers, Lynn Smith and wife Bea and Ralph Smith; sister-in-law, Linda Smith; and brother-in-law, Neil Wagg and wife Glennis.

Gloria was predeceased by her parents, Walter Arthur Smith and Ethel Dorothy (nee Jeanes) Smith; brother, Stephen Smith; and sisters-in-law, Shirley Smith and Joanne Wagg.

Before retiring, Gloria worked as a bookkeeper and accounting clerk for over 49 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Waterloo and also a member of The Gideons. She loved spending her summers up at MBC, and spending time with her family at the cottage there.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and will continue at First Baptist Church, 306 Erb St. W., Waterloo on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. The funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church, Waterloo, on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will be live-streamed at www.fbcwaterloo.com or a link will be available on Gloria’s obituary page at www.erbgood.com Interment will follow at Williamsburg Cemetery, Kitchener.
