Gladys and I, along with 2 others started at Revenue Canada together on June 27, 1967. Glad and I often wondered why we'd left factory pay cheques to work so hard, for so little, in an "office" atmosphere. However, as time went on we advanced through the ranks and made careers for ourselves. In the meantime, Gladys and George raised a family and we enjoyed the social aspect of working as a revenuer! Later I worked with Dick Vaughan who became Gladys' second husband and we forged another bond. Throughout our long years together we formed a friendship that ignored our age differences. We always had fun together and I will remember Gladys with a very heartfelt caring. Rest in peace dear friend.
