Obituary of Martin Mape

It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of Martin Mape, a loving father, uncle and grandfather at the age of 68.

Martin’s wife of 46 Years, Marjorie, will remember the journeys and memories they shared together. Martin leaves behind his children Dominick, Glyn, Bianca, and Nathan. Martin was a loving Grandfather to 9 grandchildren and an uncle to 12 nieces and nephews. Martin is survived by his siblings Pauline, Kevin, and Phillip and predeceased by his parents Anthony and Mary. Martin will be missed by all of his friends and extended family in Canada and England.

Martin loved his work as a Mechanical Engineer which took him across the world throughout his career. His contributions to modern technology at Nortek, Blackberry, Microsoft, Snapchat, and Zebra Technologies has enriched the lives of his family, friends, co-workers and the world. Martin was convinced he would never retire.

Martin will be missed but remembered always.
