Louise touched me in so many ways. She challenged me to think outside the box and made me smile. I will miss her dearly and know that her spirit lives on through her children and grandchildren. It also lives on in me every time I stand up for myself and speak up I know she is watching me and smiling.

I was very surprised and sad to hear of Louise's passing.
She was tough as nails, but fun to work with. She was always available, if I needed her opinion on a Customs issue. Some people thought she was too tough, but I didn't think so. I saw a person who enjoyed a good laugh, but also someone who was intensely loyal to her clients, and dedicated to making sure they remained Customs compliant.
Thank you for sharing some of your knowledge with me, I will always remember you.

I was so incredibly shocked and saddened to hear of Louise’s passing. She brought so much joy to so many, as I witnessed every day working with her at Schneider. Her humour and light hearted nature really shone through day after day. Louise was a family person first and I cannot even imagine the loss her family must be feeling. I will continue to hold you all close to my heart. From afar, I send my deepest condolences. Kelly Welch

Dear Rebecca, Maxwell & Family,
I was saddened to hear about your mother. I am a high school friend of Louise’s, we met in grade 8.
We always had fun together over the years. We lost contact with each other, but I have always thought about her and our memories together.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this very difficult time.
Love,
Cathy Bulger xo

Shocking, frustrating, sad, unfair.
Those are the emotions I feel from the news of Louise passing at such an early age.
But, these emotions are so far from what Louise made me and people around her feel that we have to find a way to revert back to the good stuff we felt around Mrs. Depp...
For those who don't know me, Louise and I spent a good chunk of time together a few years ago setting up a fairly large customs compliance program ( me as her customer, Louise as the dedicated broker). We were both, on our own, savvy, accomplished professionals but what we built together was way bigger than the actual program itself. While we took our jobs very seriously, we didn't take ourselves seriously. Not for one bit - that was -as you can all imagine- fairly easy with Louise :)
Louise was so kind, authentic and funny, she truly was one of a kind.
We connected on so many levels, while being different on so many fronts - especially her Leafs allegiance ... She wouldn't miss a change to brag about a Leafs win or a Kadri goal, which didn't happen very often :)
We also had great conversations over the years about our family, friends and jobs. Always great, in depth and wholehearted chats. I will miss that.
But I still choose to remember the grin, the laugh, the glow.
Becky and Max, stay strong and proud. I hope that over time you too choose the grin, the laugh, the glow

Louise was a light that went out much to soon. She will live on in the memories of everyone who were lucky enough to have gotten to know her. I am blessed to have called her friend. Condolences to Louise's family. You are in my thoughts.

Louise had a one-of-a-kind personality. She always kept us laughing at work with her witty humor. I find myself saying "That's not right " in her funny way a lot now. If you asked her for help, she would be there for you. We shared a lot of memories working at Schneider . We would tell each other stories about our grandchildren who were close in age. When ever I see a Camaro I will think of her. She was so proud of her family and all their accomplishments. Her family was her every thing. You will carry her in your hearts forever

Sincerest condolences to your entire family. Just met Louise a few weeks ago-I didn't stop speaking about her each day since. It was obvious she had a caring nature and a true understanding of people. She genuinely cared and knew how to speak to the heart of the matter. Wish we had been given more time with Louise.
Sincerely, Meredyth Welsman

Max and Becky your Mom only sung praises and joy of the two of you, although I only worked with her a few years, I adored her talks about you. Her humour was like no other and a smile for Days and days. I am sure she is still adoring Johnny and cheering him on. I am sure she is happy to be with her family in heaven but I am positive she will be happy to reunited with her Dad. Bless you all, find your happiness of all the sweetest and fun memories. The 5 of you were literally her world. Remember all this I learned in 2 years without ever meeting you.❤️
