The family of Theresa Helen Eichholz announces her peaceful passing on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Arno Henry Eichholz (1976).

Loving mother of Patricia Esbaugh (Bill), Linda Breen (Mike), Donna Blake (Gerry), Kelly Hallman (Mark), Jim Eichholz (Barb). Cherished Gma of Jennifer Wierzbicki (Karl), Jane Esbaugh, Amanda Murray (Ryan), Mike Breen (Tracey Scott), Nick Blake (Roxanne Da Silva), Jim Blake (Shannon Christien), Matt Hallman, Alyssa Hallman, Luke Hallman (Megan), Adam Eichholz and Jake Reay.

GGma was proud to say she was blessed with four great grandchildren, Max and Samantha Wierzbicki and Eva and Lucas Hallman. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by dear friend Judy Harris and her dog Patches.

Theresa is survived by her sister, Marilyn Brown. Predeceased by her parents, Edward and Florence Dahmer. Her brothers, Bill and Jim (Chappie) Dahmer, her sisters, Eileen Kube and Bernice Kocher and sister-in-law, Joanne Dahmer.  Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was a charter member of Mount Zion Lutheran Church, Waterloo.

A sincere and special thank you to the fifth floor staff at Grand River Hospital and the wonderful Palliative Care team at Freeport Hospital.  We will be forever grateful for your care and compassion.

Theresa’s family will receive relatives and friends at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Philip Mathai officiating.  A reception will immediately follow the service in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.  A livestream of the service will be available at www.erbgood.com.
