Obituary of James Davidson

James passed away on July 23, 2022, in Stratford, Ontario after a battle with ALS and FTD.  Survived by sisters Joyce Lorbetskie (Ron) and Carol Davidson, nephews John Lorbetskie, Joseph Davidson (Liz), niece Melissa Lorbetskie (Erik), and nephew Michael Byers (Devin), and great nephews Logan, Hunter, Sam, Owen and Jack.

Predeceased by Father Cameron Davidson, Mother Jean Davidson and sister Catherine Davidson.  James worked for the University of Waterloo for 44 years in the optometry department.  He had a thrill for life with many hobbies including hockey, scuba diving, flying, skiing, golfing, and camping which he shared with those he loved.

Special thanks to Ritz Lutheran Villa in Mitchell and Stratford General Hospital for the compassionate care shown in the last couple years.

James has been cremated and has joined his beloved dogs Casey and Maggie.
