Obituary of Jeffrey Andrew Rorye

Jeffrey Andrew Rorye, 46 of Kitchener Ontario, suddenly passed away while vacationing in Disney on August 23rd 2022.

Jeff was born in Scarborough to loving parents Nancy and Henry on December 18th 1975. He attended high school at Pope John Paul II where he started wonderful life long friendships.  He worked as a Sr. Analyst Billing  & Operations for Rogers Communications Inc for 20 years.Jeff lived and breathed all things Marvel and Disney.The only thing he held more dear was the love he had for “his girls”: Piper, Grace and Ivy. These ladies will always hold a special place in his heart. 

Jeff is survived by his wife and “forever girl” Jenn, their brilliant, beautiful daughter Piper, filled with talent and kindness, Grace and her husband Spencer a niece and dear friend, like a second daughter and son in law and their daughter Ivy who fondly called Jeff “Opa”,  a title he wore like a badge of honour, cherished sisters Heather, her husband Raymond, Deborah and her husband Mike, nieces Emily, Amanda, Megan and Rachel, nephew Ryan, as well as Jeff’s loving parents Henry and Nancy.

He is preceded in death by his hero’s Alex Trebek and Stan Lee.

Visitation will be observed at Erb & Good Funeral Home, 171 King Street S., Waterloo on Saturday September 24th at 1pm followed by a celebration of his life in the chapel at 2pm.
