Charmaine, I’m so sorry for your lost. I always enjoyed the long talks with Charlie, he would always have a story to tell. Always ready to help. I’m glad I was able to meet him in this short period of time. Yessika Montes

Charmaine, I'm so sorry for your loss. You and Charles welcomed me and many others to the island so many times and it was always a blast. Charles is a kind and gentle soul.

Charles, Charmaine and I are(were)neighbours.Although we knew each other only casually,
I will miss our short interactions, often in the parking lot or elevator.
They were always together, and Charlie always had a welcoming smile on his face.
I know this must be terribly hard.
Much love and sincere condolences,
Brenda MacKenzie

There are no adequate words to express the pain a family feels at the loss of a loved one. I was so deeply saddened at the sudden passing of Charles. He and my brother became close friends in grade school and remained so. He spent a great deal of time at our house when we were kids and teenagers. As adults, he was there for me during the difficult time of losing my brother and then Mother. I will always cherish the many memories of fun, laughter, dancing (blasting the tunes), boating, fishing and great get-togethers at the family cottage near Parry Sound. His next adventure is just beginning. I hope this message gives the family comfort, hope and peace.
