Patricia passed away at home on Oct 22, 2022. Pat was born in Kitchener, one of two children of Marie and Clarence Arndt. Kitchener/Waterloo was home her entire life and where she married her loving husband, Kazimir Tvrdon (1992).

We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Pat; above all love your family with your whole heart - after family, you must love and eat chocolate whenever you can (and lots of it). Establish your friends and enjoy spending time with them, never read a book before 4:00 p.m., having a bath or shower in the afternoon is ludicrous as you should of done that in the morning, and always find the bargain and purchase that right away.

She was loved and supported by her children, Kym Tvrdon (Monika), Denise Paul (Kerry) and Jeff Tvrdon (Michelle) and her grandchildren Justine, Julianne (Mike), Cassidy (Aaron) and Chelsea (Adam), and also her great-grandchildren Poppy, Elaina, Oscar and Sebastian.  She is also survived by sister Dianne Kinch of Vancouver and sister-in-law Olga Teply of Baden, Ontario.  She was also loved by friends, too many here to mention.

Pat had a very strong work ethic and instilled this in her children. She was a by-law officer with City of Kitchener for over 25 years. In retirement Pat joined many groups and clubs including lawn bowling, Probus (she helped organize the First Friday of the Month Lunch Bunch), Brock’s Lunch, the Waterford group (book club and wine on Friday nites) and her bridge club.

Patricia had a wonderful sense of humour and kept everyone laughing. She will be missed by many; LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH…. And that she did to the fullest.
