Obituary of Theresa Walker
Theresa Walker passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, November 11, 2022, at Parkwood Mennonite Home, at the age of 82.
Beloved wife of Glen. Treasured mother of Andria, Russell and Lisa (Bradley). Dear Oma to Taylor and Samuel. Sister to Joe.
Theresa, or Resi to her family and friends, arrived in Canada from Germany in 1958 and soon thereafter began her new life when she met Glen, the love her life. She went on to be a selfless, devoted mother and adored grandmother. She was a card shark who loved travel, romance novels, desserts, western movies, but most of all, her family.
The family will receive relatives and friends for a Visitation from 10am – 10:45am on Wednesday, November 16th at the Erb & Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home’s chapel at 11am, followed by a reception. A private family interment will take place at Parkview Cemetery at a later date.
