My deepest sympathy to Cynthia and family on the passing of Tibor. I had the pleasure of being a work colleague with Tibor at the City of Kitchener, City Hall for many years. Tibor was a delightful fellow, kind and always helpful. I truly enjoyed our chats and smiles throughout the years.
