December 23, 1945 – December 31, 2022

Passed away peacefully on December 31^st, 2022 at Chartwell Long Term Care.  Beloved husband of Abby Hartman.  Cherished father of daughter Terri-Lynn Lawrence and her husband Jason Morehouse.  Grandfather to Marsden, Rylan, and Leah of Victoria, B.C.. Proud father of son Christopher Lawrence of London, Ontario. 

Paul’s career spanned the globe as a pilot with CP Airlines, Canadian Airlines, retiring as a Captain with Air Canada. 

Paul was known for his dedication and passion of triathlons and marathons; training throughout the streets and parks in every corner of the world.  In his retirement he became a personal trainer; an inspiration, and a model to many.  Paul loved cottage life on the shores of Grand Bend with his former wife Monika and their children, and again on the Bruce Peninsula with Abby.

 A heartfelt thank you to his many friends, his dedicated and caring private caregivers, as well as residents of Foxboro Green’s Adult Lifestyle Community, who supported him with patience and love throughout his journey.

A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11am at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street S., Waterloo with visitation one hour prior to the service. A reception will follow in the Fireside Room of the funeral home.
