Obituary of Valerie Ann Kuntz

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Valerie Ann Kuntz (nee Tremblett) on Saturday December 31, 2022, who left us far too soon. Beloved wife of the late Carl Kuntz and the cherished mother of Chris Lederman, Curtis Kuntz, and Kim Kuntz. Dearest daughter of Ruth Allen, the late Eric Tremblett, and her late stepfather Hugh Matheson. Beloved sister of Carolee Matheson (Eddie), Brian Matheson (Louise), Lorna Matheson and Sharon MacKinnon (Ralph). Loving grandmother of Mason, Austin, Hailen, Justin, Joey, Carter, Lilly, Phoenix, and Kiarah. She will also be deeply missed by extended family and friends.

For such a strong, selfless, and thoughtful woman, we are struggling to come to terms with this sudden loss and welcome everyone to join together in memory of Val. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday January 5, 2023, from 2-4 p.m. & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday January 6, 2023, beginning at 10 a.m. with an hour of visitation prior.
