Obituary of Mary Hannah Defer

Mary Hannah Defer (nee White) passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at the age of 82.

Mary is survived by and will be deeply missed by friend Roland Nault, her children Jeff, Lisa and Benjamine, brother Garry White, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

Predeceased by her parents William and Esther White, brothers Bill (Gail) White, Albert White and sister Rose (Claire) Stere, and sister-in-law Judy White.

Mary was born in Kitchener and attended the School of Deaf in Belleville.  She worked at Arrow Shirt Factory for many years.  She enjoyed being around people and loved playing bingo.
