Sadly, but with a sense of gratitude, we say goodbye to Gloria Grace Gallian who was freed from her earthly ailments and is now resting in the arms of Jesus. Gloria was called home from Grand River Hospital, Freeport Campus, on Thursday, January 19, 2023.
Missing her is her sister Caroline, brother and sister-in-law Stan and Sylvia, sister-in-law Janette, nieces and nephew Sonia and Steven Kitchen, Shane and Heather Gallian, Dawn and Mike Basso, and seven great nieces and nephews.
Gloria is predeceased by her parents Herman and Laura (Gottfried) Gallian, brother Harry, and two brothers in infancy.
Gloria was a manager at Westmount Pharmacy for many years and she also managed Emphasis Cards and Gifts. She enjoyed handiwork, particularly crocheting. After retirement Gloria made thousands of happy faces. These happy faces were donated to the children’s ward at Grand River Hospital. The bright yellow faces hung on the IV poles and then went home with the children.

A special thank you to Gloria’s friend Peggy who has been a source of constant support and care for her and the family.
