Obituary of Sherman Leighton McRae

It is with sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of our father Sherman McRae on Sunday January 22, 2023, at the age of 91.

Predeceased by his loving wife Della (Nee Johnson) who passed away March 26, 2003. Survived by his children Shouna (Mike), Donalda, Lee (Aye), Brenton (Chyril), nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Long-time employee of Wilfred Laurier University.

Special Thanks to the staff at Hamilton General and Baywoods Place Long Term. Especially Dr. Reimer and Dr. Egerdie for their loving care.

Cremation has taken place with a private family interment in Gaspe Quebec to take place at a later date.
