Burt, Constance “Connie” (Nee Lederman)

1933-2023

 

Connie was born on November 29, 1933. Connie passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital’s Freeport Campus on Sunday, February 5, 2023, in her 89th year.

 

 

Connie Burt (nee Lederman) was predeceased by husbands Carlton Kenneth Ludwig and William Owen Burt. Dearly loved daughter of the late Ruth and Ralph Lederman.

 

 

Much loved mother to Sherry (Blainne), Arlene (Randy), and Colin (Cathy). Grandmother to Christa (Jason), Blainne Jr. (Rachelle), Amanda (Kyle), Blair (Jocelyn), and Brittany (Michael). Great-grandmother to Liam, Lucas, Jocelyn, Anson, Fynn, Evelyn, and Calen.

 

 

A special thank you to Grand River Hospital's 5th floor surgical nursing staff and the staff of Freeport Campus’ Grand River Terrace 4th floor's nurses and doctors for their care and compassion. 

 

 

Cremation has taken place.  Respecting Connie's wishes, there will be no funeral service or visitations. A private family service will be held at a later date.
