I am so thankful that I was able to spend time with Herb over the many years with is lovely wife Frances. He was man who loved and cherished his wife each day and you would rarely see one without the other. Their bond was so beautiful. I enjoyed all the great stories Herb would tell me about growing up in the farm, and his love for fishing, and the times he worked on his construction equipment, always with a grin as he loved what he was doing. Being part of Herb’s life was a pleasure, and I will truly miss seeing him each day, and definitely miss playing all those BINGO games with him while he makes his funny cheeky comments. My love goes out to his family, and I will always be there for them.
