Obituary of Elisabeth Horvath

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at Freeport Hospital. She was 73.

Born in Budapest, Hungary on January 27, 1950, Elisabeth immigrated to Canada at the age of 30, and raised two loving sons. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her son Peter, his wife Kate, and their children Kallista and Leo, and her son Zoltan, his wife Justyna, and their children Ian and Isaac. Elisabeth was predeceased by her parents Janos and Juliana Erdelyi.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and doctors at Freeport Hospital for comforting Elisabeth during the final chapter of her life.

Friends and relatives are invited to a Visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, March 1^st from 4pm – 6pm. A private burial service will be held the following day at Mount Hope Cemetery, 83 Roger St, Waterloo at 11am.
