Obituary of Jerome Joseph Grubb

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at the age of 90.

Jerry will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of over 70 years, Eileen (Schade). He will also be lovingly remembered by his daughter Denise Wettlaufer, sons Gary (Aileen) and Alan (Debbie), granddaughter Jocelyn (Carl), grandson Bradley Ramore (Michelle), Jesse (Vishali), and Brody, great-granddaughters Alissa and Ciara, brother-in-law Bill Schade (Carm), and several nieces and nephews.

Jerry was predeceased by his parents Noah and Isabella Grubb, brother George (Audrey), and sisters Shirley Fletcher (Ray), and Joan Eberlin (Ralph).  

Jerry worked at the John Forsythe Co. for 43 years, and was also active in the Rotary Club for 20 years, where he received the Paul Harris Award. He loved playing country music with the Smokey Mountain Boys for 20 years, and as a beloved hobby, he enjoyed painting a number of oil paintings.

Cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held.
