Obituary of Cecilia Marie Balcarras (Fischer)

Passed away peacefully in her sleep at The Village at University Gates in Waterloo on Sunday April 9, 2023 in her 87th year.

Cecilia will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. Beloved wife of the late Donald Balcarras and the late George Fischer. Dear Mother to Adele, Joanne (Geoff), Russell, Danny, Debbie, David, Douglas (Sharon) and Darrell (Jeannie). Grandmother to Jenny (Mike), James (Jennifer), Derek (Alicia), Benjamin, Casey-Lynn, Sandra, Sarah, Robyn, Natasha, Robin, Corey, Michael, and Aaron. Great-Grandmother to Evan, Grace, Claire, Charlotte, Alixandra and Pyper. Dearly loved by the Balcarras family for 23 years.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a Visitation at Erb & Good Family Funeral home 171 King St. S, Waterloo on Friday April 14th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home on Saturday April 15th at 10:00am followed by a reception. A private family interment will follow at Memory Gardens.
