Obituary of Michel Moussa

After a life well lived, our beloved Michel (Abou el Mich/Micho) Moussa passed away on Thursday, April 20th, at the age of 75.  He was the most supportive husband and father, and he will be tremendously missed.  He is survived by his wife, Fadia, his 3 children, Wassim (Shilo), Rana (Gus), Reine (Rayed) and his grandchildren, Joey, Aidan, Laila, Mimi, Phoenix, Emma, Belle, Riley, Caitlin, and Emi.  He will also be missed by his siblings Mona, Joseph, Elie, Habbouba, Tony, and their families.

He was born in Beirut, Lebanon and was the oldest son of Assaf and Hellene Moussa.   He moved his family to Canada in 1991 to provide them with a better and stable future. 

Micho loved spending time with his family, cheering for the Toronto Maple Leafs, hunting, and gardening.  He especially enjoyed a good drink with his appetizer (mezza). 

He was a kind-hearted and generous man who loved his family fiercely.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.  He was a true definition of a fantastic Jeddo.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday April 25, 2023, from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday April 26, 2023, beginning at 11 a.m. with an hour of visiting prior.
