Obituary of Robert James Short

It is with enormous sadness that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Short, age 68, on May 12, 2023, after a lengthy period of declining health.

Bob will be missed by many, but no greater feeling of loss is expressed than by his partner of 44 years, Grant Mugford. He is also survived by his sisters Shirley and Kathy, and brother Ron, along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Bob was a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a degree in Language Studies and worked as a Human Resources Professional with the City of Kitchener.
