Liz immigrated to Canada from Germany as a young child. She spent much of her youth in London, Ontario where she met Jim, the love of her life, at a roller-skating arena. Liz loved her family and enjoyed celebrating special occasions together. Always looking her best with painted nails, jewelry and clothes she loved. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church where she cheerfully served in many areas including youth leader. Liz loved singing and celebrating her Saviour Jesus Christ. Liz worked in secretarial roles for both Fielding Financial and Equitable Life. Liz battled through various health complications over the years but never questioned God as to why she suffered so much and didn't complain about her conditions. Instead, she continued to smile, praise God and love her family unconditionally.
A special thank you to the caring staff at Chartwell, Terrace on the Square Retirement Home and Grand River Hospital including the Freeport Campus.
