So sorry to hear of Brian's death. I only got to know him about a year or two ago. He contacted me because he read my book, BlackBerry Town. We would occasionally get together for coffee and talk about the local arts, business and political scenes. He often had interesting books with him. He would also send me links to interesting things he had seen online. I enjoyed our scintillating chats and looked forward to many more. Brian liked to choose interesting coffee shops where we would meet. Sincere condolences to his family.
