Obituary of Aubrey Lloyd Dyke

Aubrey Lloyd Dyke passed away peacefully on Thursday November 2^nd, 2023 at the age of 76. Born in Halifax N.S., Aubrey spent his later years in Kitchener, ON.

Aubrey was a fiercely independent “Clint Eastwood” kind of guy, right down to the hair across his face. A man of few words, he nonetheless delighted friends with tales from his days as a scuba diver and instructor in warm and cold water; as a pool shark who once found himself across a pool table with Minnesota Fats; and happiest alone with a good book.

He will be remembered by his kindness and the purposeful, simple life he led.

As per his request cremation has taken place. There will be no service. Memorial donations may be made to Kitchener Public Library.
