I remember Jeff fondly as we always used to chat outside the building while he waited for Connie to finish work. He was always very interested in talking about the foster pups I had with me.
A lovely soul and I am sure will be missed by so many. Rest in peace, your dogs that have left you will be happy to see you again. Deepest condolences to my dear work colleague Connie and the entire Mills family on this sad loss.
