Obituary of Mohamed Rhab

With great sadness we announce the passing of Mohamed Rhab (Moh) at the age of 85, son of Virema and Tyab.

Survived by his wife Bibi Mimul Rhab and children Fareena (Lou), Zoreena and Ted - Feizal (Becky). Grandchildren Josh (Jasmine),  Kurtis (Sarah), Natasha (Chris),  Amanda (Sheldon), Elijah and great grandchildren Zoey & Evie. Brother to 3 sisters and 5 brothers, he was cherished and remembered by his many nieces, nephews, Moh’s and Bibi’s family.

Moh with great wisdom, courage and vision emigrated from Wakenaam, Guyana in the early 70’s to Canada and is known in the KW community as the tailor/ owner of Moh’s Tailorshop.

Pop's was a peaceful, brave, humble and a caring man.  A man of few and powerful words, he made all feel like family. He built a strong foundation for his family and will continue to guide and be the proudest Papa of his family. The family thanks everyone for the love they gave Moh.

A Muslim prayer ceremony will be held at the Waterloo Masjid, 213 Erb St. W, Waterloo on Monday (today), December 4, 2023 at 1:00 pm with viewing from 11:30 -12:30 pm.  Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
